( Micro TESE | Non-Obstructive Azoospermia Treatment) के बारेमें बात करेंगे। Hormonal test for azoospermia हर male में दो testis होते है और हर testis से vas deference निकलता है , इसे एक seminal vesicle होता है और seminal fluid बहार आता है। इस seminal fluid में अगर sperm count zero होता है तो उसे azoospermia कहा जाता है। काफी सारे hormones होते है male body में जो sperm production को नियंत्रित करते है। Testis में बोहोत सारे sperm का निर्माण होता है। Testis के अंदर बोहोत सारे tubules रहते है जिसमे sperm production होता है। पर इस्पे नियंत्रण में रखने केलिए हमारा brain जिम्मेदार होता है। इस प्रोसेस में Brain मेसे दो हॉर्मोन निकलते है जो काफी महत्वपूर्ण होते है और sperm production को regulate करते है जो है FSH , LH और testosterone | Test for obstructive azoospermia जब कभी भी obstructive azoospermia रहता है तब sperm production testis में normal रहता है। और FSH और LH भी नार्मल रहते है क्योकि इसमें हॉर्मोन रिलेटेड कोई problem नहीं होती है। पर semen analysis में sperm नहीं दीखते है तो इसका मतलब आपको obstructive azoospermia हो सकता है। Test for non obstructive azoospermia Non obstructive azoospermia में FSH ज्यादा रहता है और testosterone normal या कम भी हो सकता है। Azoospermia में hormnal test काफी महत्वपूर्ण है | For more information, watch the full video.
