This Spicy Jalapeño Cornbread is a great twist on regular cornbread. I used to be not a big fan of corn but this recipe changed everything. This goes well with any kind of side or even curries. Please follow the Spicy Jalapeño Cornbread recipe below: #NotAFancyCook #JalapenoCornbread #ASMRCooking Jalapeño Cornbread Recipe Butter - 1/2 cup (120 g) All-purpose flour - 1 cup Cornmeal - 1 cup Sugar - 2 tbsp Baking Powder - 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Yogurt - 3/4 cup Eggs - 2 Cheddar Cheese - 1 1/2 cup Corn - 2 medium sized Jalapeño - 1 Oil - 2 tsp Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) Melt butter and let it cool a bit. Meanwhile, mix all-purpose flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl and mix. Add eggs, yogurt, and mix again. Grate cheddar cheese, slice the corn and jalapeno, and add in little by little to the mix and fold in well. Glaze a cast iron skillet or oven safe dish with oil, add the mix into it, and spread out evenly. Place it in the preheated oven and bake it for 25 minutes. Take it out after 25 minutes and check the doneness with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it's done. Slice and serve hot or cold. That's it. So easy!
