Today we’re focusing on the “R” in SMART — Relevant. A relevant goal aligns with your values, purpose, and priorities in this season. It should feel meaningful, not just productive. When your goal connects to your bigger vision — like becoming debt‑free — your motivation increases. Using our savings example: Before: I will save $200 a month… After: In order to pay off a major credit card, I will save $200 a month, with a stretch goal of $250. Adding the “why” behind your goal makes it personal, purposeful, and aligned with where you’re going.
