Chicken Chili Garlic Curry: Ingredients: Chicken 500 gm Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp Curry powder 1tbsp Tandoori masala 1tbsp White cumin 3/4tsp Red chili powder 1tsp Blend tomatoes 3/4cup Clarified butter 3/4cup Salt as required Green coriander 1/2bunch Green chilies 6-7 Garlic 4tbsp Method: In chicken add ginger garlic paste,salt and clarified butter,cook till chicken tender.in a pan add clarified butter add garlic and green chillies fry for a minute.now add ginger garlic paste, Red chilli powder, Tandori masala and Curry powder then bhonify nicely.in last add cooked chicken and green coriander give dum for few minutes. sprinkle greenchlllies and garlic then serve in dish.
