Join my Facebook page!! / httpsyoutube.comchannelucl4lpahr7pohmtk0zisn Inquiries about Sponsoring, Product Testing, Affiliates and Partnering please contact me at YesterKitchen@gmail.com Pancakes: 6 Eggs, Beaten 1 Cup Canned Drained Bean Sprouts 2/3 Cup Onions, Thinly Sliced 1 Cup Cooked Shrimp or pork, Coarsely Chopped 2 TBS Canola or Vegetable Oil Sauce: 2 TSP Soy Sauce 1 TSP Cornstarch 1 TSP Sugar 1 TSP Vinegar (Apple Cider or White) 3/4 TSP Salt 1/2 Cup Cold Water Mix pancake ingredients, except oil. Heat oil in large frying pan. Spoon 1/4 - 1/3 cup of mixture into pan making 3-4 pancakes. What will fit with room in between pancakes. Place in warm oven while making sauce. Mix cold water and cornstarch thoroughly in small saucepan. Place saucepan over medium heat, add remaining sauce ingredients and cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
