Cover with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes 4. The dough is ready, look at the bubbles! Salt 1.5 tsp. Olive oil 2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. 5. Have you ever added vinegar to the dough? 5. Stir Warm water 35-40°C (95-104°F), 300ml 6. Stir again All-purpose wheat flour 470-500 g (add in parts) 7. Stir with a spatula 8. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes 9.
