Today I made these little orange-shaped cheese cookies. They are gently cheesy, not too strong, with a soft and comforting flavor. This recipe requires no mixer, the dough is easy to handle, and the shaping process is slow and calming. Hope you enjoy! 🔸 Ingredients (20 mini oranges) 60g Unsalted butter 20g Icing sugar 84g Cake flour 11g Almond flour 6g Cheese powder Matcha powder Cocoa powder 🔸 How to make: 1. Mix softened butter with sifted icing sugar until smooth. 2. Add almond flour, cake flour, and orange cheese powder, then mix gently until no dry flour remains. Do not knead. 3. Wrap the dough and chill for 30–60 minutes. 4. Roll green dough very thin and cut leaf shapes. Freeze the leaves until firm. 5. Divide orange dough into 20 portions (about 8g each). 6. Roll into balls and draw lines on the surface. 7. Add a small cocoa dough dot as the stem, then place the frozen leaf next to the stem. 8. Freeze shaped cookies for at least 15 minutes. 9. Bake at 150°C for 30 minutes. 10.
