Today I made some festive Christmas piped butter cookies, soft, fragrant, and so easy to shape. These cookies are perfect for gifting, decorating, or adding a little Christmas feeling to your home! No mixer needed and they bake beautifully at home 😉 🔸 Ingredients 150g unsalted butter (softened) 60g icing sugar 24g egg white 180g all-purpose flour Matcha powder (to taste) Cocoa powder (to taste) Red food colouring 🔸 How to make: 1. Soften the butter. 2. Sift in icing sugar and mix until smooth. 3. Add egg white in two additions and mix well each time. 4. Sift in the flour and fold until no dry spots remain. 5. Divide the dough into four portions: original, matcha, cocoa, and red. 6. Transfer dough into piping bags. 7. Pipe Christmas designs using guides: Santa hat, Christmas tree, candy cane, wreath. 8. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes. 9.
