Ingredients: For First Marination: Chicken drumsticks 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tbsp green chili paste 1 tbsp lemon juice 3 cups water For Second Marination: 1 tbsp red chili powder 1 tbsp dried coriander powder 1 tbsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp cumin powder 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp ketchup 3 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour) 3 tbsp corn flour 👩🍳 Instructions: Make small cuts on both sides of the chicken drumsticks to help the flavors absorb deeply. In a large bowl, mix garlic paste, green chili paste, lemon juice, and cold water. Add the chicken drumsticks into this mixture and marinate for 2 hours. After 2 hours, remove the chicken from the water. Add red chili powder, dried coriander powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, and ketchup. Mix well to coat evenly. Add maida and corn flour. Mix thoroughly to create a light coating. Marinate again for 2 hours for maximum flavor and tenderness. Preheat the air fryer if required. Air fry at 180°C for 20 minutes until golden, crispy, and fully cooked.
