And faith in Christ keeps us grounded through every season. 🕒 Workout Format 🔥 5-minute Warm-Up 🏋🏽♀️ 20-minute Strength Training • 45 seconds work / 15 seconds rest • 4 sets per exercise 🚶🏾 20-minute Cardio (walk, run, bike, row, treadmill, step-ups — your choice) 🧘🏾♀️ 5-minute Cool Down Stretch Today’s Strength Moves (Legs & Glutes) 1️⃣ Dumbbell Front-Loaded Squat 2️⃣ Kickstand Deadlift 3️⃣ Sumo Squat to Upright Row 4️⃣ Deadlift to Calf Raise 5️⃣ Squat Pulses 🙌 Every squat, hinge, and pulse today is worship.
