A virtual session exploring how MS affects balance and coordination, presented by the Rocky Mountain MS Center's Rural Engagement Program. Physical Therapist Garrett Bowdle will guide you through: -- Understanding how MS impacts your nervous system and what this means for balance and coordination -- Learning about key body systems involved in maintaining balance and stability -- Recognizing how balance and coordination challenges show up in everyday activities -- Discovering practical, evidence-based exercises and strategies you can use at home to improve your stability and movement control This session will help you understand not just what's happening with your balance and coordination, but why it's happening and what you can do about it. Garrett will share strategies that can be adapted to different ability levels and symptoms, helping you find approaches that work for your specific situation. ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Garrett Bowdle is a licensed Physical Therapist who specializes in helping people move better and stay active.
