The ZENYER FBD170 egg grader (product code:111) has a capacity of 60,000 eggs/hour, it includes the egg accumulating, head turning, candling, grading & counting and automatic packing functions, you can also add the optional automatic egg loader, UV sterilization, egg printer or visual AI detector function. The Zenyer 111 egg grader has a control panel with color touchscreen and physical buttons to allow for easy control of the machine and access to the system. Features: -- Made of strong stainless steel for great durability and hygiene. -- Includes the egg accumulating, candling, head turning, grading & counting and auto packing functions all in one machine with a capacity of 60,000 eggs/hour. -- This model of egg grader is features a color touchscreen and PLC control system with a self-diagnosis function. -- Ideally, connect to the Zenyer 615 automatic egg loader, which makes egg loading easier and efficient. Eggs will be loaded onto the roller of the egg grader automatically. -- Eggs are transported to the candling section. You can check for any leaking, dirty, cracked eggs through LED lights by sight, and remove them manually. There is also a candling cover and mirror for better candling results. -- The optional UV sterilization can sanitize the egg shell for maximum food security. -- Head turning makes sure the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed. -- Eggs are weighed electronically and graded into 4~7 grades with an accuracy of within ±1g. -- It has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs of each grade and total output have been processed. -- Empty cartons/trays need to be loaded onto the empty tray conveyor manually, the conveyor will transport the cartons/trays to where the eggs will drop from. -- There are 8 auto-packers shown on the floor plan, you can add more auto packers according to your situation. -- The auto packer supports 10, 12, 15, 18, and ​30 egg cartons/trays. -- Aside from the sizes of eggs which are managed by the auto packer, other grades of eggs will drop off onto the off-grade table, the table can be split into 2~3 sections to accommodate 2~3 egg sizes if needed.
