There are a multitude of challenges inherent to the creative process, which are explored by Frances in her TEDx talk along with how these can be successfully navigated by moving away from a fixed mindset and towards a state of open-mindedness, growth and adaptability. Frances Moffat is a freelance illustrator, writer and educator. She has worked on a range of commissions for clients across editorial, publishing, fashion, product and live event illustration. Frances is also the author/illustrator of Fashion Exercise Book, Pick up a Pen and Fashion Doodling and Colouring for Pavilion, and writes about illustration and creativity for various publications including the Writers and Artists Yearbook. As an educator, she has many years of experience lecturing in illustration and fashion at degree level at a number of UK universities.
