One of my twins is breech. Is there anything I can do to get him to turn?

First off, congratulations! You mentioned that you're 32 weeks along and pregnant with twins, and you're wondering what you can do to get "Baby A" to turn head-dwon in your pelvis. And really, this is something that's out of your control. I wish I had a better answer, but there's so many different factors that go in to how the babies position themselves. It has to do with their size, the location of the placenta (or placentas), the umbilical cord, the amount of fluid surrounding the baby, and the stretchiness of your uterus.
