I am stoked to share this primal movement workout for all levels with you all! This one is beginner friendly so if you are new to bodyweight training and primal movement, this 30 minute follow along is perfect for you! This session features some of my favorite foundational movements that are accessible BUT that does not mean this workout is easy. So, regardless of what level mover you are, I recommend giving this one a go. I provide more challenging progressions throughout the workout if you want to level up your movement training. You also can stick to the base moves and master your foundation so you can feel more confident and capable with your movement practice. These full body exercises are great to add to your functional training routine and are going to support you in building strength, increasing mobility and improving coordination.
