Aaj ke video mein main aapko dikhane wali hoon kaise aap ghar ke basic ingredients se masaledar Chhole aur fuli-fuli Puri bana sakte hain. Isse banana bahut hi aasaan hai, aur yeh bahut hi swaadisht lagti hai! Toh video ko end tak zarur dekhiye, aur agar aapko recipe pasand aaye toh video ko like aur share karna na bhulein. Ingredients for Chhole: Kabuli Chana (White Chickpeas) – 1 cup (soaked overnight) Onion – 2 medium (finely chopped) Tomato – 2 medium (pureed) Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon Green Chillies – 2 (slit) Chole Masala – 2 tablespoons Coriander Powder – 1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon Garam Masala – ½ teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder) – 1 teaspoon Fresh Coriander Leaves – for garnishing Salt – to taste Oil – 2 tablespoons Water – as required Ingredients for Puri: Whole Wheat Flour – 2 cups Semolina (Sooji) – 1 tablespoon (optional, for crispiness) Salt – to taste Oil – 1 tablespoon (for dough) Water – as needed (for kneading dough) Oil – for deep frying
