Over a Ridge to Middle South Pond | Five Ponds Wilderness | Adirondack Park

Jun 27, 2022. My bushwhack from the Upper South Pond's northern shore to Middle South Pond's northern bay takes me over a forested ridge where I encounter a series of tagged trees along the way within a remote portion of the Five Ponds Wilderness in the western portion of the Adirondack Park. This video is the second part of the first day of my trip doing volunteer work for the New York State Breeding Bird Atlas III, which takes me to places like Sitz Pond and Crooked Lake.
