FOLLOW ME: INSTAGRAM: https://tinyurl.com/y9zngs7r BAKED PINEAPPLE OATMEAL CUPS RECIPE 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats 2 cups ground oats 2 cups applesauce 1.5 cups diced pineapple 1/4 cup raisins 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup flax seed meal 1 teaspoon ground ginger 2 tablespoons orange zest Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 12-count muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray or coat with coconut oil and set aside. in a large bowl combine oats, flax seed meal, ground ginger mix well. Then, add applesauce, chopped pineapple, orange zest, maple syrup. Mix until well combined. Add in chopped walnuts and gently toss until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter. Divide the batter among all 12 muffin cups, top some with raisins and pop in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until they have set through and are golden brown on top. cool and enjoy!!!
