Today, I’m sharing crispy, golden, and super flavorful Spring Rolls 🌯 and spicy Aloo Samosas 🥟 — perfect for Iftar, tea time, parties, or whenever you’re craving something delicious! 😍 These homemade treats are packed with fresh vegetables, tender chicken, aromatic spices, and perfect crispiness from deep frying! 🧡 🌯 Chicken Spring Rolls Recipe 🛒 Ingredients (8–10 rolls) Chicken breast – 250g (shredded or finely chopped) Oil – 1 tbsp (for stir-frying) Garlic-ginger paste – 1 tbsp Green capsicum – ½ (thin strips) Cabbage – 1 cup (shredded) Carrot – 1 medium (julienne) Soy sauce – 1 tbsp Chili sauce – 1 tsp (adjust to taste) Vinegar – ½ tsp Salt – ½ tsp (adjust to taste) Black pepper – ½ tsp Chicken powder – ½ tsp Spring roll sheets – 8–10 Cornstarch – 1 tsp + water 2 tbsp (for sealing) Oil – for deep frying 👩🍳 Method 1️⃣ Prepare the Filling Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add garlic-ginger paste and sauté for 30–40 seconds. Add shredded chicken and cook until it changes color and releases its water. 2️⃣ Season the Filling Add salt, black pepper, chicken powder, soy sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar. Mix well and cook for 1–2 minutes. 3️⃣ Add Vegetables Add shredded cabbage, carrot, and green capsicum. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes on medium-high heat so vegetables remain slightly crunchy. Turn off the flame and let the filling cool completely. 4️⃣ Roll the Spring Rolls Place one spring roll sheet on a flat surface. Add 2 tbsp of the chicken-vegetable filling near one corner. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly. Seal the edge with cornstarch paste. 5️⃣ Fry the Rolls Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium heat. Fry rolls until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. ✨ Serving: Serve hot with chili sauce, tomato ketchup, or garlic sauce. 🥔 Spicy Aloo Samosa Recipe 🛒 Ingredients (8–10 samosas) 3 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed) 1 tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp red chili powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp cumin powder Salt – 1 tsp (adjust to taste) 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped) Oil – 1 tsp (for tempering) + oil for deep frying Samosa sheets – 8–10 👩🍳 Method 1️⃣ Prepare the Filling Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix well. Add red chili powder, turmeric, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, and chopped coriander. Mix thoroughly so spices blend evenly. Let it cool slightly. 2️⃣ Shape the Samosas Take a samosa sheet and form a cone. Fill the cone with potato mixture. Seal the edges properly using a little water. 3️⃣ Fry the Samosas Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium heat. Fry samosas until golden brown and crispy.
