PLEASE READ BEFORE* Those of you who try these movements are responsible for knowing your own bodies capabilities and limitations in regards to fitness. Please know that these movements are based on workouts I have previously used and performed; if you are trying these movements for the first time I suggest you re-evaluate your limitations just to be safe, and perform the proper pre-workout stretching and cardio warm-up to prepare! If you have any previous injuries to your knees, or lower-back, etc. I suggest you use these movements with caution but be sure to consult with your physician prior to! Be sure to keep good form and breathing throughout all of these movements! Also don't forget, to get the BEST results from these movements it is vital to sustain a healthy diet and workout routine with a steady meal plan! Enjoy guys! ******************************************************************* RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MY CIRCUIT: BEGINNERS 1-2 ROUNDS ADVANCED: 3-5 ROUNDS 1ST MOVEMENT: ALTERNATING LUNGE JUMPS In this movement you want to start out with both hands out in front of you, and sit back in a lunge position and proceed to jump out of that while alternating your legs at the same time. Every 2 jumps counts as 1, which resulted in 15 reps for me! 2ND MOVEMENT: REVERSE LUNGE KICK-OUTS Start with both hands in front of you, feet shoulder width apart, and you are going to drive your 1 knee up to your chest the kick that same leg out behind you for a reverse lunge. Repeat this for both legs, 8 times each! 3RD MOVEMENT: JUMP-SQUAT BURPEES There are many ways to do a burpee but I start mine with a jump-squat followed with the push-up back into the jump-squat. I did this 15 times! 4TH MOVEMENT: INTENSE MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS You want to finish your circuit round strong! I recommend a 5 count with your mountain climbers, for example: "1, 2, 3, 4, 1" 1, 2, 3, 4, 2" and so on and so forth. 20 reps of 5 counts = 100 reps for each leg HELP: If there is anything about this workout or any of the movements you guys would like me to better explain below, please leave me a comment!
