The longer you cook it the better the broth. When broth is done strain it to remove everything from the liquid. Cabbage Soup 1 Lb. ground beef 1 head of cabbage cut into bite size pieces. 1 onion chopped 10 baby carrots cut in half 3 ribs of celery cut into bite size pieces 1/2 head of cauliflower cut into bite size pieces ( or you can add potatoes) 10-12 cups of chicken bone broth 1 can of fire roasted diced tomatoes 1 6oz can of tomato paste salt and pepper to taste 1 Tbsp of garlic powder 1 Tbsp of onion powder 1 Tbsp thyme 1 Tbsp Oregano 1 Tsp of Jared garlic In a large soup pot brown the ground beef. Add in the onions, carrots, celery, cauliflower (or potatoes) , and the cabbage. Stir all of that together. Now add in the broth, tomatoes and tomato paste and stir. Now add in the seasonings. Put a lid on the and bring to a boil and cook until veggies are tender.
