This is one of my favourite recipes. Quick, easy, soft, delicious. It's sheer perfection. I have been making it for years now. But the day I tried it with @adnayfoods Groundnut Oil, I knew I had to share it. The groundnut oil gives it a depth of flavour that is just so beautiful. Not overpowering, just subtle. It is now my new favourite 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾 Try putting peanut butter inside to eat. Chai! You will become addicted. Perfect recipe for the children. With this recipe, you can be making your own bread easily. You can steam bake it in the: Oven (just put a small bowl of hot water at the bottom of the oven) Halogen Oven (pour small water into the halogen glass) Airfryer (put a small bowl of hot water in the middle) I've made it with moinmoin leaves before. I layered the pot with sticks, spread moinmoin leaves on top, placed the dough balls on top and steamed like moinmoin. Very simple! You just can't go wrong with this. You can use any type of milk (I've used regular evaporated milk, I've used Tigernut milk, I've used almond milk) I'm going to try it with Groundnut milk next.
