In the previous video, we discussed the reason how chronic pain conditions develop through the phenomenon known as ‘Central Sensitization”, stemming out of sustained inflammation. Congratulations – knowing how this works is half the battle! In this follow-up video, we’ll be examining the methods that I prescribe my patients in combating their chronic pain conditions. Stress, Diet & Physical Activity all play a very key role in reducing peripheral inflammation, and therefore reversing Central Sensitization. If you know anyone who you feel could benefit even a little bit from watching this video, please remember to share/comment/like/subscribe. PS: Apologies on the delay for this video – the end of the year is always the busiest time of year. I’ll be returning to a more frequent schedule now that 2023 is upon us.
