15 MIN PILATES FULL BODY WORKOUT- Posture, Core & Balance (Low Impact ) This 15-minute full body Pilates workout focuses on posture, deep core activation and balance. Through slow and controlled movements, you will strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, deep core and back stabilizers while protecting your joints and your spine. This session is perfect if you: • want a low impact workout • sit a lot during the day • want to improve posture • are returning to exercise • need a back-friendly routine All exercises are performed slowly to improve control and body awareness.
