This video gives a few tips on how to prepare physically. 1. Run 5 to 10 minutes. 2. Do an exercise that mimics overcoming an obstacle Push-ups, pull-ups, hill running, carrying a big log, crawling around on a playground, stair climbs, and swimming are just a few examples. Repeat this process as much as you can. I typically run four to six miles and do about 5 to 10 obstacles in the middle of the run. I hope this helps Happy Trails - Coach Tief
