Gluten free, dairy free, vegan Ingredients 85g coconut flour 60g salted butter (cold, cut into pieces) 50g powdered allulose or sweetener of choice 2 large eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 20 drops liquid stevia (optional, or more sweetener of choice) Cookies cutter. Add in eggs, vanilla extract and liquid stevia if used. 4. Knead the mixture until it becomes a firm dough. 5. Wrap the dough in cling wrap and chill it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Best if leave it overnight. Layer the counter with either a silicone mat, parchment paper or cling wrap (if the cling wrap can stick on the counter surface). 6. With the chill dough, use a cling wrap to layer at the top. Roll the dough to flatten it until the thickness of cookie you would like to form. 7. Cut the dough with the cookie cutter and put it on the baking tray lined with parchment paper. 8. Bake it at 10-12minutes.
