A quick walk through how to make a delicious Garlic Parmesan flavored Spaghetti Squash. This recipe is so simple...it’s Low Carb & Keto Friendly and tastes amazing! You can even add Spinach! RECIPE HERE ⬇️ 1 good size spaghetti squash 1/2 cup grated parmesan 1/2 cup melted butter 1 tbs fresh chopped parsley 2 cloves garlic minced 1/2 tsp salt, pepper and garlic powder (optional) Cut spaghetti squash in half and use spoon to scrape out seeds and inside. Place single (lo) rack into base pot of Foodi. Add 1 cup water. Place spaghetti squash onto rack (stem sides down) Spritz spaghetti squash with avocado oil (optional). Pressure cook on HI for 4 minutes in the seal position. (3 minutes for smaller squash) When done, 2 minute natural release followed by quick release. Let cool for 10-15 minutes. Remove Spaghetti Squash, remove rack, discard remaining water from base pot. Scrape Spaghetti squash out of skin using a fork, place in bowl, set aside. Set Foodi to Sear/Saute mode Med/HI setting. Add 1 tbs of your melted butter into pot, add garlic and saute' for 1 minute. Next add your spaghetti, toss, add remaining butter and your parsley, mix, add salt, pepper & garlic powder, mix again and sprinkle on parmesan cheese. Turn Foodi off, mix well another minute or so and serve. Enjoy! :) #chefgirlardee #spaghettisquash
