V Line H class carriage review

For perhaps one of the most interesting experiences of my recent Melbourne trip, I made my way down to Southern Cross station and managed to jump onobard some of Australia's oldest rollingstock. After finding out about these trains a while back, I wanted to try one out, and fortunately I managed to make it work! The H class carriages are based on the old Harris trains, which first entered service in the late 1950s and were refurbished into these carriages in the 80s and 90s. They have quite a record of service and seem to be holding up quite well, although its probably time to look for a replacement option in the near future.
