This 30 min power yoga flow will help you build all the strength necessary for your first arm balance. We will focus on wrists, upper arms, shoulders, core and hip flexors. Our intention will be to increase our stamina and resilience, build strength while maintaining deep slow breathing and calm mind. This practice is here to remind you that behind every single yoga pose there are hours of practice, attempts and fails. That is why we call it a journey. Put your best effort into this practice, rise up to a challenge but always remain mindful of your own body and signals it is sending you. Take breaks and modify if necessary.
