Next Episode is up! Sorry for the 1 day lateness of posting the episode up. Well, in today's video we will be talking about the Orange Roughy. Its an ANCIENT fish which exists in quite a number of seas, but New Zealand Fisheries are the ones who farms them the most It's strange to see that these fishes takes about 40 years to get to the size which is on the video, and the lifespan of the fish is in between 150 years to 200 years. Maybe even more! And Then again, this fish actually has a ASC certification. HOW???? Oh well, anyhow …I filleted and cooked the orange roughy in 2 different ways.
