We’re closing it out! This is Episode 49 and the second half of our Day 3 two-a-day. After hitting the Bench in Part 1, we’re moving straight into the Squat to finish our Deload movements for the week. The weight stays light (50-60%) because today is about longevity and perfect mechanics before we head into the next heavy cycle.
