KETO WRAP INGREDIENTS WRAP Fine almond flour: ½ cup {60 gms.) Warm water: ¾ approx. Salt: ½ tsp Baking soda: ½ tsp Pyssilium husk powder: 2 to 3 tbsp Olive oil :1 tbsp STUFFING : Panner: 100 gms. cut in finger size strips Red and Yellow peppers: 10 gms. cut in strips Iceberg lettuce: 6 leaves Garam masala: ½ tsp Coriander powder: ½ tsp Salt: ¼ tsp Ghee: 1 tsp Kasuri methi: 1 tbsp Olive Oil: 1 tsp Pepper powder: ½ tsp Spread : Hung Curd: 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 tbsp Salt: ½ salt Chilli flakes: ½ tsp Oregano: 1 tsp Olive Oil: 1 tbsp Method: Step 1: Warp: Take ½ cup fine almond flour, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp baking soda, 2 tbsp psyllium husk, 1 tbsp olive oil in a mixing bowl. Knead all the ingredients with ¾ cup warm water with help of hand blender and thenbind with hands. Cover the dough with cling warp and keep rest for 10 mins. After 10 mins remove the dough from cling warp and divide into 4 equal parts. Place each part in between 2 parchment papers and roll in round shape or with help of tortilla press as shown in the video. Place a non-stick skillet on the gas and cook both sides of the wrap for 1.5 mins on one side and 1 min on the other side. Cook all the 3 warps in similar way. Step 2: Stuffing: Take a plate, place 100 gms. panner strips on it, to marinate the paneer sprinkle ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp coriander tsp. ¼ tsp salt, 1tsp kasuri methi and add 1 tsp ghee. In a frying pan cook the stuffing ingredients and sauté well. Remove the ingredients in a plate. In the same pan add 1 tsp olive oil and sauté the 10 gms. red and yellow bell peppers and remove keep it on a plate. Step 3: Spread : Take 2 tbsp hung curd, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp olive oil in a small bowl and mix well. Step 4 : Assembling the warp : Take a wrap in a plate, use ½ quantity of spread apply evenly on the wrap; place 2 to 3 leaves of iceberg lettuce on it, ½ of the sautéed bell peppers and then the panner stuffing and sprinkle ¼ tsp black pepper on it, tightly roll the wrap and cut it into two pieces. Make the other keto wrap in the same manner. Enjoy this healthy gluten free low carb wrap enriched with protein for lunch or dinner
