Blasting triceps and biceps at age 54 with Buddy. In this video I demonstrate some great biceps and triceps exercises with my strength training equipment. The first exercise I do is a standing two arm triceps extension with my Reebok loop band for about 30 repetitions. The next exercise I do in this video is a one arm overhead triceps extension with a Reebok loop band for about 20 repetitions. The third exercise is a standing biceps curl with my Reebok powerband for about 20 repetitions. The fourth exercise is an overhead French press with my curl bar for about 20 repetitions. The final exercise I do in this video is a set of hammer curls with my FitRx smart bells for about 20 repetitions. I know when I started this video I said I was going to do some slightly different exercises; however, that's strength training for you. When I start training, I might throw in some different exercises depending on how I feel and how my body is responding to the exercises. I like to train heavy sometimes, light, moderate, use power bands, free weights, cables, calisthenics, and just mix up my training routine.
