Macros: Cal: 470 Carbs: 33 Protein: 56 Fat: 14 Ingredients: 800 Grams Chicken Breasts (Diced) - 2-3 inch pieces. 2½ teaspoons salt 1 tablespoon lime juice 3 tablespoons plain yogurt 1 Tablespoon Paprika 1 Tablespoon Ground Coriander 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala 1 Tablespoon Turmeric 1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds 1 tablespoon ginger grated 1 tablespoon garlic minced 2 tablespoons oil 2 medium yellow onions finely diced 1½ cups tomato puree ½ to ¾ cup heavy cream Garnish: ½ to ¾ cup heavy cream ½ cup cilantro chopped Instructions Cut the chicken breasts into 2 to 3-inch cubes and add into large mixing bowl. Add salt and lemon juice and mix well. Add Yoghurt, Spices (paprika, turmeric, ground coriander, cumin, garam masala), and ginger and garlic. Mix well and allow to marinate while you prep the remaining ingredients. Using the crockpot saute the onions, cooking on high with a dash of cooking oil while stirring frequently for 5 minutes. You want the onions to soften and turn translucent. Make sure the onions are spread evenly, then layer the tomato puree over the onions. Follow this by laying the marinated chicken over the tomato puree then place the crockpot lid. Set your Slow Cooker to High and add a timer for 4 hours. Once the 4 hours is up add in the heavy cream. Mix well and taste, and add more cream if needed. Crockpot
