RECIPE FOR Almond/Lupin Flour Tortillas In a medium bowl add 1/2 cup almond flour 1/3 cup lupin flour 1 Tbsp zanthan gum 3-4 shakes of salt STIR THIS DRY MIX WELL Then add 1/3 cup (liquid measure) of water STIR WELL Make into a ball Cut into three pieces and make each into a ball Flatten each piece with tortilla press or rolling pin, using parchment paper on top and bottom Place on pan on the stove, set at very high heat Cook for 30-40 seconds, then flip and repeat Remove and do the next piece of dough
