I eat this unique, traditional Vietnamese noodle soup at a street food vendor in Cô Giang Ward, District 1, Saigon. This noodle soup is a welcome alternative to the usual phở or bún bò huế meal. The exact location is the corner of Cô Bắc Street and Đề Thám Street, District 1, HCMC. The soup is made with a slightly sour broth and filled with fresh rice noodles, tender duck meat, and surprisingly soft pieces of bamboo.
