A Week of Calorie Counted Food, Intermittent Fasting and life In Between. Hello And Welcome to my page if you've never been here before. Thank you so much. I very much appreciate every single penny. I love making these videos and hope to carry on and get better. I am currently savng to have my arms done. This week has been really easy. Fasting really suits me and I find that I enjoy my food more. The pressure feels off when I shut my window.....its like saying 'The Kitchen' is CLOSED! I was drinking coffee, lattes, tea all with milk and sweetners but I am trying to cut those out during my fasts. I do feel so cold at night. I am taking tablets with say I should eat with food...mmmm this I need to figure out what the best option for me to do for this. If I need to eat something like half an Avacado, cheese or an eggs then I will, technically be on a 'Dirty Fast'. No sweat, it may take a little longer for my body to get into Autophagy ( when the body starts to feed on the fat after it has finished feeding off the carbohydrates as fuel in the liver stores) Our bodies are amazing. SO are our minds..our brains are totally a thing we should all really take time to look after. Eating low carb and less sugar will keep cancer at bay and our brains will be able to function so much better. Our brains ae capable of so much and we over load it with so much rubbish, its like a computer...it collects so much information after a while the computer will slow down and so we need to 'clear the caches' otherwise the computer will eventually pick up viruses and stop working. it will turn on but it wont be able to do the tasks we want it. Same with our brains we need time to clear our minds, not to worry about things that havent happened...worrying about things that MIGHT happen is filling up space in our heads and I am a big believer on Law of Attactation, if you worry about something then you are attracting it...so giving it up and think of what you CAN do and be postitive about it, feel it, then you will attract goodness.
