From Summer 2004, here's the open, graphics, promos, and close from one WTXF 10pm news. This was when they were adjusting the format a tad during the 10pm news. Slightly flashier graphic elements are used, and a few segments now have names, such as "Fox News Desk" and "Big Picture Weather". Rob Guarino, the best meteorologist the station ever had, is much more prominent here, but the structure of the weather leaves much to be desired. Namely, the brilliant idea of presenting almost the entire weather forecast... but then pushing the five-day to much later in the show. Not surprisingly, they quickly killed that. Of all the anchors here, only Kerri-Lee survives to this day, and she was only filling in for Dawn Stensland while she was on maternity leave. Only Dave can still be seen in the market today; he moved to CBS 3. I also left in the bit regarding a particular Double A phenom for the Reading Phillies.
