Kali ini saya kongsikan cara saya buat bubur nasi berlauk di rumah dengan lauk yang mudah dan murah. Paling penting tekstur bubur nasinya perlu lembut dan halus, supaya rasanya lebih sedap. Jumlah Hidangan : 7-8 orang BUBUR NASI : 2 cawan beras biasa (cuci bersih) (+-) 14 cawan air 2 helai daun pandan (simpul) (+-) 1/2 sudu besar garam KENTANG IKAN BILIS GORENG : 4 biji kentang (potong kecil dan goreng) 3 genggam ikan bilis tamban/ biasa (goreng hingga rangup) 1.5 biji bawang besar (hiris nipis) 4 ulas bawang putih (hiris nipis) 6 tangkai cili hijau (hiris nipis) ** boleh tambah cili padi jika suka pedas Garam secukupnya Gula secukupnya KANGKUNG GORENG BELACAN : Bahan kisar : 6 ulas bawang merah 4 ulas bawang putih 6 tangkai cili padi hijau **boleh lebihkan kalau suka pedas 2 tangkai cili merah 2 cm belacan Air untuk mengisar 3-4 sudu besar minyak masak 1 ketul kiub ikan bilis 2 ikat kangkung (cuci bersih & potong pendek) Anggaran 1 cawan air Gula secukupnya Garam secukupnya BAHAN SAMPINGAN : Telur masin Kacang tanah goreng Kicap manis Sambal, limau sambal, jeruk lobak ===================================================================== [english] Rice porridge with side dishes, one of the popular porridge menus that is usually served with various side dishes of choice.
