Join us as Chef Rao walks us through the ingredients, the preparation and the cooking methods with the RATIONAL iCombi® Pro XS. The ingredients are :- SET A Raisin Bun Pandan Bun Doughnuts Red Bean Bun 1) On the RATIONAL iCombi Pro® XS, select Bake and set Humidity to 100%, temperature of heat at 180° and timer to 2 minutes, then pre-heat. 2) Wait until the lights to blink and the sound to come on Rational iCombi Pro® XS and place the tray into the cooking cabinet. 3) Wait until the lights to blink and the sound to come on Rational iCombi Pro® and remove the pandan bun, raisin bun & doughnuts. Leave Red Bean bun for another 3 minutes 4) Wait until the lights to blink and the sound to come on Rational iCombi Pro® and VOILA! You're done!
