Hello! These are four supplements I find beneficial as a person who has a history of autoimmune diseases. I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice, it is simply my personal opinion. I did the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and healed from Crohn's Disease about 6 years ago now. I have continued to take these supplements because they are shown in studies to be anti-inflammatory, and good for general health. They are fish oil, vitamin D, vitamin C, probiotics, and oregano oil. My intention is to maintain remission and to prevent any future problems, while improving my overall health. I also take other herbal remedies for sleep and on occasions when I feel a particular effect is needed, but these are the basics. Thank you for watching, and please let me know if you have any comments, questions, or suggestions! For those who are interested, I created a "Specific Carbohydrate Diet Support Group" on Facebook. Suggestions for Amazon.com: Fish Oil- https://amzn.to/2Dnoqho Vitamin D- https://amzn.to/2IKaK3F Vitamin C- https://amzn.to/2PiDC46 Would recommend because it is non-GMO and vitamin C is made from corn Probiotics- Renew Life - https://amzn.to/2XygPUZ This is a good brand I would trust shipped. However, for a wider variety, I would look in the refrigerated section of your local health food store. Same goes for high quality fish oils. For example, Barlean's Fish Oil is really good (I like the lemon flavour) and it's best to buy it out of a fridge. Oregano Oil- https://amzn.to/2UqmOZX Breaking the Viscous Cycle Book about SCD: https://amzn.to/2UZs3VT Nourishing Traditions Cookbook (valuable info and recipes): https://amzn.to/2GAgVEA For a helpful perspective on the emotional side of autoimmune diseases, written by a prominent MD: When the Body Says No by Gabor Maté: https://amzn.to/2Dw5HjG What I Use For Filming: Camera: Sony CyberShot DSC HX80 https://amzn.to/2DyOOF9 Microphone: Blue Yeti Mic https://amzn.to/2PtfR9R Lights: https://amzn.to/2PspYM0 (Different brand, same setup...mine now unavailable) Tripod: https://amzn.to/2UVXYpO (Once again, most similar mine not available online) SD Card: 64GB SanDisk https://amzn.to/2Vn3Urv As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
