Hi loves, 💕 Many of us may have noticed at one point or another that our posture is not where we want it to be and as a result we may experience back, neck and even spine aches. This often means that our core and back muscles are not strong enough to support our posture. To keep our back and spine healthy, it is important that we dedicate some time to strengthening those areas. This class is designed to do just that! This is a quick 15 min yoga fitness practice that focuses on strengthening those areas for us in order to fix our postures and have a healthier and more vital spine. This class may feel a bit more challenging, but the more we work on strengthening our core, the easier this will become. So if you can't get this right away, don't feel discouraged and just give it your best! I hope you feel much stronger after this class (especially in the core and back areas).
