#FOZA4PPDAwareness - NEW FOZA PODCAST - https://www.fozainc.org/podcasts Welcome to Episode 52, dedicated to maternal mental wellness. Today's Podcast is titled: " Maternal Health Is Family Health." We’ve created a network to build relationships, to support birthing people, to bring awareness to Postpartum Depression, to prevent maternal suicides, to support the children who are left behind, to always keep in mind that we cannot know exactly what burdens another person is bearing, but we can show kindness and compassion to everyone and ….most importantly, to learn to be active listeners. What you can do to show your support: • SPONSOR a Podcast • SUBSCRIBE to our YouTube Podcast Channel and Get Involved. • SHARE a story of success on the FOZA Podcast. • Become a Guest Speaker • DONATE to FOZA ------------------------------------- #PostpartumDepression, #PMAD #MaternalSuicidePrevention, #501c3Nonprofit, #AccessToBetterMMH #MaternalEducationalResources, #ChildrenofLossScholarship #MaternalMentalWellnessAdvocacy #CommunityResourcesforNewMoms #BirthingPeopleSupport #PPDAwarenessCampaigns #MaternalMentalIllnessEducation #NurturingFamilies, #PostpartumSupport #CrisisInterventionforMoms #GriefSupport #HolisticMaternalCare #MaternalEmotionalWellBeing www.FOZAInc.org - Friends of Zayne Adams is a 501c3 nonprofit. #FOZA4PPDAwareness FOZA wants to help stop the suicides, the stigma, the silence, and the suffering associated with PPD. We support the children whose parent(s) died due to a depression related illness. FOZA Finds resources according to zip codes to support postpartum moms and FOZA invites professionals with resources and desire to communicate to join our cause. FOZA began in 2018 when Christina LaShawn Thompson-Adams died from suicide related to Postpartum Depression. Christina left behind a one-month old son and "Auggie the FOZA Bear" was created as a comfort and a way to cope with the grief. If you know of a child who has lost a parent due to a depression related illness, please request a FREE FOZA.
