For the past few training blocks I've really dialed in on strength work, specifically weighted dips and pullups. I've done a lot of work on keeping my form in check, even at the max weights. Here I show a bit of this work, and based on how easily I can do my previous 1RM, it looks like I've gained some serious strength from this, so my training has been a success! I also did a quick test of my max dips reps - it's been long since I last checked, although I haven't focused much on muscular endurance this year. I will do another 1RM test for both pullups and dips at the end of this block and see how far I have come. All of this inspires me to get streetlifting going in South Africa! Watch this space!
