Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or when you’re craving BBQ-style ribs at home Marinade: • 2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml) • 2 tbsp soy sauce (30 ml) • 1 tbsp Italian herbs (5 g) • 1 tbsp garlic powder (5 g) • 1 tbsp paprika (5 g) • 1 tsp black pepper (2 g) • Salt to taste • 1 tsp honey (7 ml) • 1 tbsp tomato paste (15 ml) • 1 tbsp ketchup (15 ml) For the sauce: • 2 tbsp butter (30 g) • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (5 g) Other: • 3 potato patties • 2 pork ribs 👩🍳 Recipe / Step-by-Step 1️⃣ Marinate ribs Toss the ribs in the marinade. Let sit 3 hours or overnight. 2️⃣ Cook ribs Heat oil in a pan. Sear ribs 3–4 min per side until golden. Cover and simmer 25–30 min until tender. 3️⃣ Prepare sauce Melt butter in a small pan. Add garlic and parsley, sauté 30–40 sec until fragrant. 4️⃣ Cook potato patties In the same or separate pan, fry 3 potato patties until crispy and golden. 5️⃣ Plate & serve Place 3 potato patties on a white plate.
