Follow this simple recipe and enjoy the ultimate egg paratha experience at home! 😋 Ingredients:- 🥣 For the Dough • 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida) • A pinch of salt • ½ cup water (adjust as needed) 👉 Mix well to make a smooth, lump-free liquid batter (slightly thick but pourable). 🍳 For the Egg Mixture • 3 eggs • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped • 1 small onion, finely chopped • 2 green chilies, finely chopped • Coriander leaves, chopped • Salt to taste 👉 Beat everything together well. 🔥 Cooking Method 1. Heat a pan on medium heat and grease lightly with oil. 2. Pour 1 spoon of liquid dough into the pan and spread gently. 3. Cook on medium heat, brush oil, flip, and cook both sides. 4. Once the paratha is cooked, remove and keep aside. 5. In the same pan, add 1 tsp oil. 6. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread evenly. 7.
