In this video we cover a very effective, post leg workout stretch routine that only requires 7 minutes to complete. It is crucial to make sure we stretch after an intensive workout to bring our muscles back to normal length and promote blood flow to help with recovery. Today I’ll show you 7 different stretches (each one for only a minute) that will target each muscle in our legs that we can perform post workout to help alleviate/prevent muscle stiffness and soreness.
