Today's video takes a close look at charge temperatures for coffee roasting. Selecting the right temperature to start your roast will either set you up for success or failure. We discuss why the right charge temperatures for home coffee roasters will help us move through the dry phase with enough momentum to dry the coffee and point us towards first crack with confidence. Too much energy will cause us to fly through first crack and not enough will cause us to crash and bake our coffee.
