This therapeutic yoga practice is designed to gently support your back with slow, mindful movement and breath. This is not about stretching as far as you can, but about helping your nervous system feel safe enough to let go. Through breath awareness, supportive positioning, and controlled movement, we encourage the muscles around the spine to soften while also improving stability. This class is suitable if you: Experience general back tension or stiffness Spend long hours sitting Want a slower, more supportive practice Are returning to movement gently We want to gently work with the body, not against it. Always move in a way that feels kind to your body and avoid range of motions that cause you pain.
