If you enjoyed this recipe, don’t forget to like, share and subscribe ❤️ ❤️ Eggless Red Velvet Valentine Cookies Ingredients For the Cookies 1¼ cups all-purpose flour ½ cup salted butter (room temperature) ½ cup sugar (brown or white) 3 tbsp milk or whipping cream 1 tsp cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda Red food colouring (as needed) For the Simple Sugar Glaze ½–1 cup icing sugar 1–3 tbsp milk or cream (as needed) Few drops vanilla extract 👩🍳 Method In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. (If using unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt.) In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add milk (or whipping cream), vanilla, and red food colouring. Mix well. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Mix gently until a soft dough forms. Cover and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and flatten slightly. Cut into heart shapes using a knife (V-shape method) or a heart cutter. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 9–11 minutes in a regular oven. For convection ovens, bake at 160°C (320°F) for 8–10 minutes. Let cookies cool completely. Mix glaze ingredients and dip half of each cookie. Let set before serving. Tip: If using salted butter, do not add extra salt. Enjoy ! 😊
